The “NPP”, Non-Pressurized Plus, Variable Speed Flow Centers are complete variable speed non-pressurized flow center kits that include all the controls, sensors, and fittings required for installation. NPP variable speed flow centers are required when you wish to have a non-pressurized variable speed pumping solution with a geothermal heat pump that does not include variable speed controls. If your heat pump has built-in variable speed controls, you can use a NP or NPP flow center with UPMXL variable speed pump(s).
