Insulated pump modules offer a convenient method of mounting a circulator for chilled water and heating applications. They feature foam insulated, powder coated sheet metal housings that help prevent condensation in chilled water systems. These modules are can be used for adding a pump to an existing flow center to increase head capacity, on the load side or between the heat pump and buffer tank of a hydronic system, on a primary/secondary system, or on the ground loop side of a geothermal system where the flush valves are located separately from the pumps. The double pump modules are configured in a “push-pull” arrangement so the pumps are in series. Some of the modules are offered with isolation valves (ISO), check valves (CV), and some as insulated pumps only. The modules that do not include isolation valves have Flo-Link or Flo-Link XL female connections and require Flo-Link or Flo-Link XL fittings.
