Flo-Link double O-ring style flow centers are unsurpassed in ease of installation. Flo-Link double O-ring fittings provide leak-free union connections at the flow center, installed without tools (no need for pipe wrenches). Virtually any type of transition (fusion, thread, barb, PVC glue, etc.) is available for Flo-Link fittings. Geo-Flo’s full port 3-way, 4-position flushing and isolation valves are designed for the wide range of temperatures experienced in ground loop applications. The die cast brass valves are cast in the United States, and CNC machined in our factory to exacting tolerances. All Flo-Link flow centers include pump volutes designed exclusively for Geo-Flo in a joint engineering effort with Grundfos Pumps Corporation. This design allows the entire power head (pump motor and electronics) to be external to cabinet. This provides additional flexibility for installers and service technicians when a pump head needs to be rotated, or when a single pump flow center needs to be upgraded to a two pump flow center. In addition, it assures that the condensate weep holes in the pump’s stator housing are completely exposed, allowing any internal condensation build-up to safety exit the pump motor.
Flo-Link flow centers are available with constant speed or variable speed pumps that are controlled by the geothermal heat pump. Geo-Flo also offers variable speed panel mounted flow centers that are pre-wired to a variable speed pump controller.
